NOTICE – All Coast Packaging Corporation has been notified that our Caller ID was spoofed by a disreputable telemarketing company (I didn’t even know this was a thing!) We were made aware of this when we started getting hundreds of angry calls per day since 2/9/2017 (I’m talking 800 a day).    We filed a complaint with the FCC – but typical of government agencies, they’re useless.  See email below.  We are not going to change our number – so we’re hoping the call volume dies down and the telemarketer moves on to a new number.  Just PRAY this does not happen to you.

If you don’t use packaging supplies (boxes, bags, tape, stretch film, etc.) and you received multiple calls and no messages from this number, the call DID NOT COME FROM US.  Again, yes, it IS OUR number – we know OUR number may have come up on YOUR caller ID.  But we DID NOT call you. There is NO VALUE for us to call you. We are a victim of a terrible company who has stolen our identity (in this case, our caller ID) to make thousands of phone calls to get around blocked caller ID restrictions.  We are a reputable wholesale packaging supplier and DO NOT MAKE PHONE CALLS TO RESIDENTIAL NUMBERS as those are not our clients.  We only call industrial accounts who are verified to use our products.

FROM THE FCC:
Your complaint provides the Commission with valuable information that we use to spot trends and practices that warrant investigation and enforcement action. We do not resolve individual complaints about this issue and, there will be no status information to report on your complaint.

Your complaint (Ticket No. 144****) was closed as of today. The information you provided us will continue to be available internally within the FCC to inform the Commission’s enforcement and policymaking processes.
